By purchasing a membership, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Benefits are subject to availability.
By submitting photos, videos, or stories to the gallery or bot, you grant Addicted to the Catch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the website and related platforms. You retain ownership of your content. We will credit you where possible.
You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
By entering an Addicted to the Catch tournament (including “The Silent Salute”), you agree to follow all tournament rules and guidelines, fish ethically and within all local regulations, release all catches unless otherwise specified, and accept that tournament decisions are final.
The Addicted to the Catch name, logo, Big Book content, and all original site materials are the intellectual property of Addicted to the Catch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Our site may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. This does not affect your purchase price. We only recommend products we use and trust.
Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fishing is an inherently unpredictable activity — the fish might not bite, and that’s part of the deal.
Addicted to the Catch shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost fishing trips, broken lines, or the one that got away.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any violation of these terms, at our sole discretion.
